Jean Monnet Scholarship Programme conducted a comprehensive visit to Ireland from December 2-6, 2024, engaging with some of the country’s most prestigious universities. Meetings were held with Trinity College Dublin, University College Dublin, University of Galway, University College Cork, University of Limerick, Dublin City University, and Dublin Business School to explore opportunities for academic collaboration and enhance support for scholars. Moreover, a gathering took place with the scholars currently studying in Ireland in the 2024-2025 academic year.

Starting in Dublin, the visit extended to universities in Galway, Cork, and Limerick, fostering connections across Ireland. The final day included a meeting at the Embassy of the Republic of Türkiye in Dublin, focusing on the challenges faced by scholars and exploring opportunities for improved support.
